VALUES DEVELOPMENT
After consultation with our community and staff we developed our RATA values and our NZSL signs. This document shares a snapshot of our journey.
We use our RATA values to give positive feedback in the playground. We use our RATA tokens to reinforce the behaviours we are focusing on. Sometimes this is specific expectations e.g. looking after sports equipment or being on in the right place at the right time. These foci are decided based on observation of need or via our HERO behaviour data.
