Schools are busy hives of learning and activity. In all this busyness and productivity, it is natural that questions or concerns may sometimes arise.
Everyone who works at Templeton School - Te Kura o Rātā is committed to doing their best to deliver an amazing learning experience for your child. We are human and sometimes things don't go perfectly, but we are happy to sort it out.
If you have a question, a concern, or some feedback on how we’re doing, the first person to talk to is your child’s classroom teacher.
If your concern is more serious in nature or remains unaddressed, it can be escalated according to our Concerns and Complaints Process — shown on the following page.
The Concerns and Complaints Process and related policies can be viewed at our SchoolDocs site (https://templeton.schooldocs.co.nz). You will be asked to log in — the user name is templeton and the password is wise (case sensitive). Then simply search 'complaints' for more detail.
At Templeton School - Te Kura o Rātā, we act to understand and resolve concerns and complaints in a timely, respectful, and fair manner.
